Web accessibility user testing

We're delighted to announce that we're now able to offer web site accessibility testing with live users. We've been very fortunate in locating a team of participants who have disabilities, including visual and mobility impairments, and they are ready and willing to get involved in new projects.

With the addition of user testing, we now offer a full range of accessibility services, from consulting and training, through design, testing and audits, to full user testing.

User testing is done in the participant's own home, using their normal computer and software. The sessions involve each user completing a set of tasks designed to mimic the most common user tasks for the site in question. We pay especial attention to forms on the site, which can present particular challenges to users with disabilities.

Each session is videotaped, and the research is fully reported back to the client.
